About Olivia
I never sought the path of a healer; this path opened up to me very unexpectedly during my first group meditation. After years of using my newfound ability of providing physical pain and stiffness relief by laying my hands on friends, family, and neighbors and seeing how I continually was able to help others in pain, I eventually decided to offer my gifts to the public. My hands-on and distance sessions have helped countless friends, family, and clients with chronic joint pain, muscle tension, emotional challenges, relationship challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, and more. It is an honor to use my gifts to promote physical and emotional well-being for others. I am especially passionate about supporting women in their personal and spiritual growth, helping them to harness their power and express their authentic selves.
Years of personal growth through therapy, my personal spiritual practice, spending time in nature, music, and meditation led to a profound unexpected awakening. I am mostly self-taught, meaning for years I followed guidance that came to me intuitively when practicing healing on myself and others. As a lifelong learner and someone dedicated to continual personal development, I later completed extensive training and coursework with practitioners and therapists whose work I respect, and became a certified Reiki Master. Connecting with nature and seeking guidance from God are central to my practice.
I live in the Pacific Northwest and was born and raised in rural Tennessee. Despite living in a mostly homogenous population, I was very open-minded as young child and have always appreciated and embraced spiritual, religious, racial, and cultural diversity. I have always wanted to love and help others, and have been able to see the light and highest potential in others. I believe we are all the same and equally deserving of love and respect.
In my free time, I cherish moments with my son, family, and friends. I enjoy the small simple pleasures in life like a great cup of coffee and reading, bicycling, music, dancing, singing, and spending time in nature.
I love what I do and I would be honored to support you on your path.
Since December 2022, dancing has become an integral part of my spiritual practice. It brings me healing, profound joy, and raises my vibration. As a musician since the age of three (I could play any song by ear on piano!), music is one of my greatest lifelong passions and connecting with it energetically is what moves me to dance and sing. I encourage you to think back to what you loved to do when you were three or four-years old and find a way to incorporate it regularly into your life. It’s important to to play!
